What is '1-click ordering' and how does it work?
Blueprint’s ‘1-click ordering’ is a quick and unique way of transporting the customer from the message to checkout with the customer details and information already pre-loaded. By populating the checkout fields based on previous orders, it reduces friction and it becomes a seamless 1-click process. This not only provides a more pleasant customer experience but concurrently increases the order rate.
There is no setup required - as long as the customer has made a previous purchase on Shopify, their number will be automatically linked to their profile and all details filled in. ‘1-click ordering’ not only works for single 1:1 messaging and automated messages but also works with Group Messaging too with every customer receiving their own personalised information such as name and previous order.
