Connect Blueprint to your Zendesk to receive message notifications in your Zendesk Dashboard.
(1) Head to Settings in your Blueprint Dashboard, enter the support email that links to your Zendesk account and click Save Changes.
(2) Head to your Zendesk Dashboard > Admin > Customers and enter the email address firstname.lastname@example.org on the Allow list and "Save Tab" at the bottom:
(3) Blueprint is now integrated with Zendesk and every message notification that appears in the Blueprint Dashboard will now display within Zendesk.
