Create a last order segment

The first step is to create a group of customers that the reorder banner will show for.

  1. Go to Lists & Segments > click Create List / Segment > Select Segment

  2. Name the segment "Relo has Reorder Link"

  3. Under Definition choose the option Properties about someone condition, add the dimension Blueprint Reorder Link and edit secondary condition to is set. Once done, create segment.

  4. After having being created the segment will show:

How to setup using an image

  1. Open up your Klaviyo and navigate to the campaign in question you'd like to edit.
  2. Drag the image block to a desired location and upload the banner image you will have create in advance. The image should contain reorder copy such as: "Liked what you had last time? Click here to reorder in 2 clicks" or something similar.

  3. Paste the copy into the Alt text box.
  4. Set the link to the URL changing the YOURSITE.COM to you own website domain:
    {{ person|lookup:'Blueprint Reorder Link'|default:'https://YOURSITE.COM/' }}

  5. Select the ? at the top of the block and make sure it's set to on. Set block to be be conditional with the following text and click Save. This means that the banner will be hidden from those customers who already have a subscription.

    person|lookup:'Blueprint Reorder Link'

  6. Click the star next to the new block and call it "Relo Reorder Block".

  7. Once the blogged is saved it can now be dragged easily into any email block and placed anywhere in the email according to your content and branding.

  8. Please note: In the new Klaviyio editor the ‘show/hide’ logic is in the ‘Display Options’:

How to setup using text

  1. Drag ‘add columns to email’ to where you want the banner to be and select two columns.

  2. Add a text block to the left side and a button block to the right side.
  3. Set the link to the URL changing the YOURSITE.COM to you own website domain:
    {{ person|lookup:'Blueprint Reorder Link'|default:'https://YOURSITE.COM/' }}
  4. Update the text and button text with the desired copy  and design.
  5. Select the ? at the top of the block and make sure it's set to on. Set block to be be conditional with the following text and click Save. This means that the banner will be hidden from those customers who already have a subscription.

    condition:person|lookup:'Blueprint Reorder Link'

  6. Similar to the steps above in the image creation, star and rename this new banner so that is can easily be dragged into another campaign.
