How to add the Magic Cart to a Klaviyo SMS message

Using the Magic Cart in Klaviyo does not have to be limited to just email but can be also added to Klaviyo's SMS functionality too. Here's how to set it up:

How to Setup

  1. It's best to begin by creating a conditional split with the condition "Is consented to receive SMS" to filter out those customers who haven't signed up to received marketing messages via SMS. For those customers who have not consented, an alternative flow based around solely email could then exist.
  2. Drag in the SMS option and select 'configure content' and add the desired content.

  3. Add in the Magic Cart code to the message.
