Messaging Performance

 

Message performance can be filtered by Message Type/Date/Group Type.

Message Type

Each message is broken down into ‘Messages sent’, the ‘Orders’ they generated, the ‘Revenue’ generated and the ‘Per Message’ which is calculated by dividing the total revenue of that message type by the number of messages sent.

  • Abandoned cart reminder 1 - Orders attributed to the abandoned cart message sent. If multiple abandoned carts messages are sent then they will also appear in this list.
  • Group - Orders attributed to a group message campaign.
  • Order complete - Orders attributed to the confirmation message of an order. 
  • Order fulfillment - Orders attributed to the fulfilment message.
  • Post order checkin - Orders attributed to the post check in message. For more info on this and best practices please see this guide.
  • Order reorder prompt - Orders attributed to the reorder message sent to the customer. For more info on this and best practices please see this guide.
  • Support - Orders attributed to a customer requesting support.
  • Group - Orders attributed to a group message campaign.
  • Upsells - Orders attributed to an upsell message

Date

This will show each date a message(s) has been sent and if any attributed orders/revenue were made for that message. Please note the dates will show in reverse order with the most recent date at the top and if no message is sent on a certain date it will be hidden from the list (e.g 20-03-2021 and 21-03-2021 in the example below).

 

Group Type

This will show each group campaign sent, the amount of messages it contained and the attributed orders/revenue. Please note the dates will show in reverse order with the most recent dates at the top as well as the initial text included in the message.
