Blueprint makes it easy to integrate into almost all helpdesks, via a simple email notification.
(1) Head to Settings in your Blueprint Dashboard, enter the support email that links to your helpdesk account and click Save Changes.
(2) Now, Blueprint will send a notification after every customer conversation to your chosen helpdesk or CX Software via an email integration. You'll then be able to click the link in the notification and easily reply in Blueprint.
