You can easily control when each message in a flow is triggered using the timing options. This gives you complete flexibility for when you want contacts to receive each message. The delays between the messages are based on the last message sent not when the automation was first started.
How to Setup
- For the initial message in the flow, select the desired time for when the contact should receive the message. This can be selected in minutes/hours/days for maximum flexibility. If an immediate response is required, leave the time set to '0'.
- If adding multiple messages in a flow, select the '+Add Message' option to generate a new message field and under 'Then wait...' select the time delay you'd like to occur between the last message being sent and this one.
