The 'Triggering Event Filter' will determine how exactly the event is filtered. The options available will be determined by what is selected in the 'Triggering Event' section. Different events will have various concurrent filtering options.
Using Different Filters
Products or Total Value - This will show as a filterable option if the triggering event is set to:
- Checkout Abandoned
- Order Placed
- Order Fulfilled
- Subscription: New Recurring Order
- Subscription: New Subscription
- Subscription: Upcoming Charge
You can filter by Products > 'Contains any' or 'Contains all'
You can then select from a list of all your products that are listed in your Shopify store.
Total Value - You can filter by monetary value of an order with the number being a freetype box.
Message Text - This will show as a filterable option if the triggering event is set to:
- Incoming SMS
You can filter by 'Message Text' and whether it is 'Equal to' or 'Contains' the word or phrase within the message.
Opt-in Source - This will show as a filterable option if the triggering event is set to:
- New SMS Subscriber
Similar to the 'Message Text' above, when the 'Triggering Event' is set to 'New Subscriber', you can filter by Opt-in Source and whether it is 'Equal to' or 'Contains' the word or phrase within the message.
With every filter you can select whether the results of the filter should either contain or not contain the information in the search. Example: To find all those subscribers who have never made a purchase, use the filter Has Not - purchased - at least once - In all time
Using Multiple Filters
You should consider using multiple filters to get the most accurate results.
